This retreat is all about honoring and connecting with our spiritual family in the ancestral realm. We will be celebrating Day of the Dead in Mexico while doing a deep dive into Mayan medicine. This is an opportunity to connect with our ancestors in other ways beyond the grief portal.

We will be activating into the creative energy that is readily available in this land as we are invited into the space by local healers and medicine women. This is an exploration into our creative centers within our business while aligning with Mother Earth and her Sacred Medicine to nourish us, guide us, and ground us into our true nature.

Sacred Pause Grief Retreat is a 4 day/3 night experience to create space for those in grief to release in nature and heal in the nourishing waters.

This will be our 4th grief experience of the year as we are so honored to witness the transformation of women you desire to center themselves and find safe space to center their Grief in community.

We cater to small groups as we like to ensure an intimate experience. We like to say we offer retreats for the introverted souls who might feel overwhelmed in larger groups. Therefore, we only have 5 women at a time with 2 single rooms remaining.
